In The Corridor : A collection of poems

This is a collection of random memories and thoughts
Bothered me at times or visited me as dreams

This collection of poems  is
Dedicated to all the
 Unnamed villagers
Who
Unknowingly shaped my childhood

The  Ashes

The subway train stopped on the curious looks
The hot gushing wind made the last gasp
Dreams crushed under the rubble
My journey does not end here.

The sun hid under the dusty cloud
Melting steel and glass, showering ashes
A grey rose, a teddy bear, a fireman's helmet
Entangled in the miseries of life and death
